 ;M) will take place on December 13-14\, 2016 in Paris. This event was crea
 ted by the French Center of Excellence on Systems Architecture\, Managemen
 t\, Economy &amp\; Strategy (CESAMES) which already organized the now well
  established CSD&amp\;M conference in Europe for more than 6 years. The co
 re principles that lead to the success of these conferences are also put a
 t the heart of CSD&amp\;M \, seeking a balance between academia\, governme
 nt and industry partners. Indeed\, we believe that mastering complexity ca
 n only be achieved with a strong and true cooperation between all key stak
 eholders. We look very much forward to the participation of the complex sy
